At GreenLoopFarms, we put care into every harvest and every order, and we truly want your produce to arrive fresh and in good condition.

As our products are perishable, all sales are generally final once your order has been delivered. That said, if something is not right, we want to hear from you and we will review it fairly.

1. Perishable Goods

Fresh produce and other perishable items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

2. When a Refund May Be Given

We may offer a refund if:

  • your item arrives damaged

  • your item arrives spoiled or defective

  • you receive the wrong item

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Let Us Know Within 24 Hours

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Because fresh produce can change quickly depending on storage and handling, requests sent after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

4. What to Send Us

To help us look into the matter promptly, please include:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and its packaging

This helps us assess your request as fairly and accurately as possible.

5. Refunds

If your request is approved, a refund will be our main form of resolution.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method where possible. If that is not available, we may arrange an alternative method at our discretion.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Other Ways We May Help

In some cases, GreenLoopFarms may choose to offer a replacement or store credit instead, depending on the situation.

7. What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • taste preference

  • orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • natural variation in size, shape, colour, or appearance

  • issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

  • requests made after the 24-hour reporting window

As our produce is naturally grown, slight variations between harvests are part of the process and do not count as defects.

8. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

9. Contact Us

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos.

We care deeply about the quality of what we grow and send out, and we will always do our best to review each genuine issue with care and fairness.
